$20 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. MEANING IT WILL NOT BE SENT BACK. IT CAN GO TOWARDS FUTURE APPOINTMENTS IF NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE. MUST ADVISE ME 24 HRS AHEAD OF APPT TIME IF NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE OR THE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT & NOT USED TOWARDS ANY SERVICE. No shows will be charged 30% of service also, non-refundable if not advised before hand. You have a 15 minute grace period from appointment time. After you go over 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a non-refundable cancellation.
