Let me know 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointment for cancellation or your $20 deposit will be considered non-refundable and will not go towards any future service. No shows will be charged 30% of service also, non-refundable. You have a 15 minute grace period from appointment time. After you go over 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a non-refundable cancellation.
